Directions:
1. Begin with your normal foundation routine. Whatever product you use for everyday or if you would rather do a routine that is more for a special occasion, go for it. Whatever you feel is necessary.
2. Prime your eyes above and underneath your lid. This is essential due to the fact that product will be heavy in both areas. Apply a generous amount using your ring finger considering it is the most delicate and it will not pull on your skin and create wrinkles.
3. Apply a matte skin tone eyeshadow with a flat shader brush all over your lid. This will cover up any discoloration that your eyelids may possess.
4. With a matte white or cream colored eyeshadow, highlight beneath your browbone and in the inner corner of your lid by your tear duct. This will draw light to the focal points on your face and possibly even brighten it.
5. Using a black liquid or gel liner, create a dramatic cat-eye wing. Don't be afraid to really wing it out because you want it to have that cat effect.
6. Then, using a gold eyeliner (in either gel or liquid), begin creating a cat wing style line underneath your eye. Make it thicker and more pronounced.
7.Going in with a fine tip black eyeliner, start creating small cheetah spots within the gold eyeliner. Keep a steady hand and be as precise as possible. Try not to make all of the spots look the same because then it won't have that real, natural look to it.
8. The following step is optional: fake eyelashes. If you do use them, use ones that are sparse and long rather than ones that are voluminous and plentiful. Use a lash glue that will last a long time because whether you're trick-or-treating or going to a party, it is essential that your lashes don't start falling off.
9. Curl your lashes and apply mascara to blend your lashes together.
10. Finally, spray a makeup setter over your skin to keep the makeup on all night.
